Position Overview

As an in-house consultant (m/f/d) SAP HCM, you will manage and implement SAP HCM projects and departmental changes. You'll leverage your technical skills to design and optimize processes, conduct training, and support users. Your role involves creating efficient process representations in SAP IT systems and documenting your activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement SAP HCM projects and departmental changes
• Drive innovations and optimize processes using your technical expertise
• Conduct training courses and provide user support
• Create efficient process representations in SAP IT systems and document activities

Required Qualifications

• Several years of project and professional experience with a focus on SAP HCM (particularly in modules PT, PB, and PY)
• Knowledge of ABAP or debugging is a plus, but not required
• Strong project management skills and ability to capture and describe departmental requirements
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, confidence, persistence, and motivational ability
• Extensive SAP application and customizing knowledge in relevant modules
• Goal-oriented and independent working style, with a sense of responsibility and organizational talent
• Proficiency in German and good English skills
