SAP HCM PY Consultant
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a SAP PY configuration expert for a client in Holland
Local payroll knowledge and payroll legislation knowledge is required.
Start date : December / January
End date : December 2024
Duration : 1 year with possibility of an extension
Rate : Flexible
Core Responsibilities:
Meet with Key stakeholders
Design the Business Blueprint
Organize workshops with the client key users to finalise the design
Configure the SAP system conforming the agreed Business blueprint
Unit test and document the configuration
Guide the client with the User Acceptance test phase
Organize and document the Parallel test phase
Execute the Cutover plan together with the data migration people
Give the hypercare support after go live
Location: Holland -Remote
Job Type: Full-time
12 months contract
Hybrid working (Initially remote role with the odd onsite visit -Then 90 % remote -Return for business meeting -Go Live etc.)
Responsibilities:
SAP HCM PY Implementation in Holland
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP HCM Payroll in accordance with industry best practices.
Configure and customize SAP HCM PY modules to meet specific business requirements.
System Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM PY with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and integration points between different modules.
Payroll Processing:
Manage and execute payroll processing activities, including input validation, payroll runs, and post-processing activities.
Ensure compliance with local tax and legal requirements related to payroll processing in The Netherlands
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain customized reports using SAP HCM PY reporting tools.
Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making processes related to human capital management.
Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and other team members on SAP HCM PY functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM PY-related issues.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Stay updated on changes in Dutch labour laws and regulations.
Ensure that the SAP HCM PY system remains in compliance with local legal requirements.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Local language and English is a must
Good communicator and problem solver
Going beyond corporate purpose to find the best solution for the client
Taking ownership of the assigned tasks and follow up until completely signed off
Expert in SAP PY configuration
Knowledge of the local legislation regarding Payroll
Being excited by working in group with other HCM experts
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in SAP HCM PY implementation and support.
In-depth knowledge of Dutch payroll processes and legal requirements.
Strong configuration and customization skills in SAP HCM PY.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
SAP HCM PY certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors for integrated human capital management.
