Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of approximately 8 employees specializing in SAP HCM.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and team members.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering their personal and professional development.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and assist in acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate closely with management, delivering results-oriented strategies and solutions.
• Drive the continued development and growth of the SAP HCM team.

Your Profile:

• A customer-focused, flexible approach, with the willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent command of both German and English.
• Extensive expertise in SAP HCM implementation projects, particularly in SAP HCM Payroll and related components.
• Solid technical and methodological skills applied in both implementation and maintenance projects.
• A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM consultant.
