Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Test Lead to join our team for a critical S/4HANA implementation at a leading Life Sciences company. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for the SAP HR/HCM modules, ensuring a seamless transition to the S/4HANA system. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality test plans and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the testing activities for the SAP HR/HCM modules within the S/4HANA implementation.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Coordinate and oversee system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
Manage a team of testers and provide guidance on best practices for test execution and issue resolution.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with SAP functional and technical teams to address defects and ensure proper resolution.
Document test results and provide clear feedback to stakeholders, tracking defects to closure.
Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training as needed.
Ensure alignment with Life Sciences industry standards, regulatory requirements, and SAP best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience leading SAP HR/HCM testing, particularly in S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP HR/HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Learning Management.
Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute test strategies and plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance (e.g., GxP, SOX) is an advantage.
