Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Test Lead to join our team for a critical S/4HANA implementation at a leading Life Sciences company. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for the SAP HR/HCM modules, ensuring a seamless transition to the S/4HANA system. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality test plans and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing activities for the SAP HR/HCM modules within the S/4HANA implementation.

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements and timelines.

  • Coordinate and oversee system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.

  • Manage a team of testers and provide guidance on best practices for test execution and issue resolution.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with SAP functional and technical teams to address defects and ensure proper resolution.

  • Document test results and provide clear feedback to stakeholders, tracking defects to closure.

  • Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training as needed.

  • Ensure alignment with Life Sciences industry standards, regulatory requirements, and SAP best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience leading SAP HR/HCM testing, particularly in S/4HANA implementations.

  • Strong understanding of SAP HR/HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Learning Management.

  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute test strategies and plans.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance (e.g., GxP, SOX) is an advantage.
