Overview:
A leading German manufacturing company in Baden-Württemberg is seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong Variant Configuration (VC) expertise and proven integration experience with Salesforce and make-to-order (MTO) processes. You will support ongoing transformation initiatives and help optimise end-to-end order-to-cash operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP OTC functional design, configuration, and enhancements for order management and MTO scenarios.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Variant Configuration, including modelling and maintenance.

• Design and support integrations between SAP OTC and Salesforce for seamless quote-to-order processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, Manufacturing, IT, Sales) to ensure consistent process alignment.

• Support testing cycles, documentation, training, and cutover activities.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide expert guidance on best-practice OTC processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP OTC / SD Consultant.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP VC (Variant Configuration).

• Proven experience with Salesforce → SAP OTC integration.

• Solid understanding of make-to-order manufacturing processes and dependencies.

• Experience across full project lifecycles (design to go-live).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English required; German language skills preferred.
