Job Specification: Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant

Location:

• UK-based (Hybrid/Remote)

Role Overview:

A leading global consultancy is seeking experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Consultants to join their team. This role involves providing expert consultancy in SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Quality Management (QM), with a focus on S4/HANA implementations. The role is client-facing, requiring the ability to engage with stakeholders, deliver workshops, and ensure successful project delivery. You will work across multiple projects and be a key player in delivering SAP solutions to clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultancy in SAP PP/QM: Deliver hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), particularly in S4/HANA environments.
• Client-Facing: Engage directly with clients to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions.
• Workshops & Training: Lead workshops and provide end-user training on SAP PP/QM functionalities.
• Project Delivery: Contribute to multiple ongoing projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget.
• Travel: Flexibility to travel to client sites up to 3 days per week as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a deep focus on SAP PP and SAP QM.
• S4/HANA: Hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA implementations.
• Client-Facing: Proven experience working directly with clients and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.
• Workshop Facilitation: Ability to lead workshops and deliver training in SAP PP/QM.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel to client sites up to 3 days per week, with travel expenses covered.
• Language: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with SAP S4/HANA implementations.
• Experience working on confidential or NDA-protected projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a consulting context.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Up to £105,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Bonus: Up to 8% annual bonus (historically 100% payout).
• Travel Expenses: Fully reimbursed for client site visits.
• Benefits: Full benefits package, including pension contributions and healthcare options.
