Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant who is fluent in Dutch to support a key manufacturing client.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP Production Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and delivering value to the organization.
Job Specification: SAP PP Consultant (Dutch-Speaking)
Position: SAP PP Consultant
Location: Netherlands (Remote with occasional onsite visits)
Language Requirement: Dutch (Fluent)
Duration: Contract 6-12
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Process Analysis:
o Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and analyze production planning processes.
o Conduct workshops to map current processes and propose SAP PP best practices.
2. SAP PP Implementation & Configuration:
o Design and configure SAP PP solutions, including Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing), MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
o Implement production scheduling and planning processes.
o Customize SAP PP to support specific business needs.
3. Integration:
o Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and PM.
o Support integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and third-party systems.
4. Testing & Deployment:
o Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
o Support go-live activities, including data migration, cutover planning, and hyper-care support.
5. Post-Implementation Support:
o Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and continuous improvements.
o Act as a point of contact for SAP PP-related queries and troubleshooting.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP module, including configuration and implementation.
• Expertise in MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and Shop Floor Control.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PP processes is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP PP certification.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing or discrete industries.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and SAP Activate methodology.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of SAP PP implementation experience, with at least one S/4HANA project.
