We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to join a global management and technology consulting firm specializing in digital transformation. Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager with a strong background in leading digital transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA implementations. In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple SAP transformation projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within scope, and on time. You will be a key driver of change, working closely with clients to optimize their business operations and align their technology strategy with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP transformation programs, including multiple S/4HANA implementations
• Drive the overall program strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
• Utilize agile methodologies to manage program deliverables, timelines, and team resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies that foster operational excellence and innovation
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and that expectations are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and program teams
• Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the program, providing solutions as needed
• Develop and present program updates to senior stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Program Management, with significant experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and modern transformation techniques
• Expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation programs, preferably within the public sector or similar industries
• Proven track record of managing complex SAP programs, from strategy to execution
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and lead teams effectively
• Fluency in German (German passport required)

Location:

• Remote/Anywhere in Germany
• Other Locations: Berlin, Frankfurt, or Munich are also preferred locations depending on the candidate’s flexibility.
• Hybrid Working: Flexible remote working options with a requirement for occasional office visits (approximately once a week).
