Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Retail Consultant for a 12-month project, working remotely from India. The successful candidate will have strong SAP IS-Retail expertise, alongside hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain and Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

The consultant will support the optimisation and integration of retail and supply chain processes, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across SAP IS-Retail, SAP Supply Chain and SAP CAR.

• Support the design, configuration and optimisation of end-to-end retail and supply chain processes.

• Support integration between SAP CAR and relevant SAP Retail and Supply Chain solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

• Support system integration testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support across the SAP Retail landscape.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-Retail.

• Proven experience with SAP Supply Chain processes and solutions.

• Practical experience with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

• Good understanding of retail business processes and SAP integration points.

• Experience in functional design, configuration, testing and implementation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote project environment from India.
