SAP RISE Technical Architect

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an highly skilled SAP RISE Lead Consultant to drive the technical implementation and architecture across SAP and middleware applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and deep integration experience in SAP S/4HANA, Middleware, and Cloud technologies.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in SAP RISE migration and S/4HANA upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems such as PMS (Primavera), Engineering (SmartPlant Foundation), and Procurement (Coupa).

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead SAP and Technical Implementation Teams – Oversee SAP S/4HANA RISE migration, upgrades, and system architecture.
🔹 Solution Architecture & Integration – Design, develop, and implement integration strategies across SAP and third-party applications.
🔹 SAP RISE & S/4HANA Upgrade – Drive end-to-end migration strategy, system optimization, and technical upgrades.
🔹 SAP Integration Expertise – Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability using Azure LogicApps, SAP PI, CPI, MII, BizTalk, and APIs.
🔹 Middleware & Cloud Technologies – Lead integration with Azure Cloud and leverage SAP BTP for business process automation.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align solutions with business objectives.
🔹 Third-Party System Integration – Manage integration with Primavera (PMS), SmartPlant Foundation (Engineering), and Coupa (Procurement).
🔹 SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Implementation – Ensure data integrity and governance compliance.
🔹 Vendor & Partner Management – Collaborate with SAP, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to optimize solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Leadership & Project Management:

• Proven experience in leading SAP technical teams in large-scale S/4HANA upgrade or RISE transformation projects.
• Strong technical hands-on experience in SAP architecture, integrations, and cloud solutions.

Technical Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA (Extensive experience in RISE with SAP, migration, and upgrade projects).
• SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and Data Migration (DM).
• SAP Integration Technologies: SAP PI/PO, CPI, MII, and BizTalk.
• Azure Cloud Services: LogicApps, API Management, Azure Functions.
• Third-Party Integrations: PMS (Primavera), SmartPlant Foundation (Engineering), Coupa (Procurement).

Other Key Qualifications:

• SAP RISE implementation experience is a must.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience & Certifications
SAP Certified in S/4HANA & RISE with SAP.
Experience in Azure Cloud Migrations & SAP BTP.
Hands-on experience in API-led integrations and DevOps methodologies.
Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Procurement Systems.
