Our client, an industry leader undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation, is seeking a talented SAP Data Migration Specialist to join their dedicated team.

About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to implementing cutting-edge SAP solutions, focusing on data migration within a S/4HANA transformation project. Your expertise will ensure smooth transitions and high-quality data outcomes while working collaboratively with a diverse, international team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the optimization, automation, and implementation of production processes for the S/4HANA transformation project.
• Manage end-to-end data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the interaction between data and business processes within SAP.
• Conduct data cleansing and enrichment using both the legacy system and MS Excel.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT business designers and subject matter experts, to drive project success.
• Participate actively in the project’s international scope, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Background as an internal SAP consultant or as a skilled key user, with exposure to managing external service providers.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SAP PP module and advanced skills in MS Excel (including Power Queries).
• Data Management: Proven experience in migrating production data and handling complex datasets.
• Communication Skills: Ability to tailor your communication style to diverse audiences, explaining technical concepts with clarity and precision.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to evolving project requirements and maintain a strategic overview to achieve objectives.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English for seamless collaboration with colleagues across international teams.
