Job Overview:

The SAP S/4HANA Demand to Supply (DTS) Solution Architect will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions in the Demand to Supply (DTS) and Quality Management (QM) areas, with a focus on automotive and discrete manufacturing processes. This role requires deep expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, cross-functional integration, and end-to-end project delivery, following SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Demand to Supply (DTS) and Quality Management (QM) solutions.
  • Conduct design workshops to gather requirements and define the solution architecture in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA production processes, including Master Data, MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Planning, Execution, and Shopfloor systems integration (MES/DCS/SCADA).
  • Implement QM processes, covering Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Customer/Supplier Quality Management, and functional integration with shop-floor systems and quality systems.

• Cross-Functional Integration:

  • Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules, including SD, MM, EWM, and FICO, for a comprehensive S/4HANA solution in DTS.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to enable cross-functional flows and processes, particularly within manufacturing and quality areas.

• Project Delivery:

  • Use SAP Activate methodology and agile approaches to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Lead the planning and execution of S/4HANA implementation activities, from scoping and design to testing and go-live support.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams and ensure best practices in SAP implementation and configuration.

• Client Engagement:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and provide recommendations that align with industry best practices.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure alignment with their business objectives and technology strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP implementation experience in Demand to Supply (Manufacturing) domain, focusing on PP and QM.
  • At least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects, including one in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and experience working in agile frameworks.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including Master Data, MRP, Production Planning, Quality Planning, and Batch Management.
  • Hands-on experience configuring integration with MES/DCS/SCADA and quality systems.

• Certifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA PP/QM certification preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to lead design workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional expertise in SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) or SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
• Experience with discrete manufacturing and automotive industry standards and practices.
• Additional certifications in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
