Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for SAP projects? Become a part of  a company-wide Finance Transformation Program with a leading Swiss Insurer as they embark on a global S/4HANA Transformation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to a team of SAP professionals.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure transparency for overall program management and product owners by managing the backlog.
• Create a value-driven work environment through technical and coordinative support.
• Foster team ownership and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Strengths:

• Proven managerial experience with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, flexibility, and a structured approach.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with relevant training and education.
• Extensive SAP project experience in the financial domain (FI/CO, AP/AR, MM, SD, etc.).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a convincing presence among stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
