Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with a deep understanding of S/4HANA and expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes to join our clients team.

Location: onsite Sweden one to two weeks per month . (Consultant must be eligible to work in Sweden).

Duration: 12 months +

Start January 2025. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations, with a focus on Sales and Distribution (SD) and a strong background in cross-functional integration. Experience in the automotive or discrete manufacturing sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations with a strong focus on the Order to Cash (OTC) domain. One of the implementations must be in the Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing industry.
• End-to-End Process Expertise: Configure and optimize the complete Order to Cash (OTC) process, including Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Invoice Processing, AR Integration, and Intercompany Sales.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g., Finance, MM, PP, and WM) to ensure seamless end-to-end processes and system integration across the enterprise.
• SAP Activate & Agile Methodology: Apply SAP Activate methodology and agile practices to drive efficient project delivery, focusing on iterative, incremental development.
• Client Engagement: Conduct workshops and provide client-facing consulting services. Guide clients through the design, configuration, and testing phases, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design & Configuration: Lead design workshops and contribute to the configuration of the following areas:
  • Organizational Structure (Org Structure)
  • Master Data (Material, Customer, Pricing)
  • Sales Order Management
  • Delivery and Billing Processing
  • Integration with Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Intercompany Sales
• Documentation & Training: Create detailed design documentation, user manuals, and provide end-user training and support during the go-live phase.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD, with a strong emphasis on Order to Cash processes and at least two S/4HANA full-cycle implementations.
• Industry Expertise: At least one implementation experience in the Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing industry.
• S/4HANA Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with S/4HANA OTC processes.
• SAP Activate & Agile: Practical experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.
• Cross-Functional Integration Knowledge: Ability to integrate SD processes with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients, lead workshops, and build relationships.
• Certification: SAP S/4HANA SD certification is a must.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance (FI) and SAP Fiori applications.
• Previous experience in Agile delivery models and managing sprint-based projects.

Location: onsite Sweden one to two weeks per month .
