1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
   • Work with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements related to sales, shipping, and transportation processes.
   • Analyze and document business processes and align them with SAP SD and SAP TM functionalities.
2. System Configuration
   • Configure the SAP SD module to manage sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
   • Set up integration points between SAP SD and SAP TM, including transportation planning, freight cost determination, and delivery scheduling.
   • Configure transportation lanes, routes, and carrier selection within SAP TM to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
3. Integration and Data Flow
   • Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and SAP TM modules, facilitating accurate data flow for transportation planning and execution.
   • Develop and implement solutions for order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including sales order creation, delivery, and invoicing, with transportation management considerations.
4. Testing and Validation
   • Create and execute test plans for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
   • Work closely with QA teams to validate configurations and ensure system reliability.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD and TM integration during testing and post-go-live.
5. End-User Training and Support
   • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SD processes and TM integration.
   • Provide ongoing support to users, resolving issues and enhancing system performance.
   • Serve as the primary contact for post-implementation support, ensuring business continuity.
6. Project Management
   • Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
   • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and risk management activities.
   • Document project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Continuous Improvement
   • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing SAP SD and TM processes.
   • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to the current system.
   • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities and system upgrades.

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience integrating SAP SD with SAP TM.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle SAP SD implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including sales orders, pricing, billing, and shipping.
  • Strong understanding of SAP TM functionalities, including transportation planning, freight cost calculation, and carrier management.
  • Proficiency in SAP master data management and integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
