Location: Remote with occasional travel to Munich, Germany
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to join our team on a 9-month contract. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP Service Management and FSM solutions, with occasional travel to Munich required.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Service Management and FSM solutions.
Configure modules such as Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Service Notifications.
Integrate FSM with other SAP modules (e.g., CRM, S/4HANA).
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support.
Create documentation and training materials for users.
Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct workshops as needed.
3-5 years of experience in SAP Service Management and FSM.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Service Management modules and FSM functionality.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and FSM integration.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Willingness to travel to Munich (1-2 times per month).
