SAP Support Analyst (14-month FTC) Hybrid- Near Northampton

The role As a SAP Support Analyst, you will,
provide first line support to users across a variety of SAP modules including Materials Management, Production Planning, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance. Deliver training to small classes explaining how to use the system to support some of our standard processes.
create and maintain user accounts, assigning correct authorisations.
perform regular data integrity checks and any necessary corrective actions.
What we are looking for: As a member of the ERP Team, you will be supported by fellow team members. You will be capable of working under your own initiative, feel comfortable in a fast paced, high frequency change environment and relish the opportunity to collaborate with members of the wider team whilst making a meaningful contribution to our success.
Preferably familiar with SAP configuration on one or more of the following areas: MM, PP, QM, PM.
Familiar with a manufacturing/assembly environment
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high frequency change environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communicator in both verbal and written form.
Calm under pressure and happy to meet challenging deadlines.
Organised, flexible, proactive and results oriented.
Happy to develop new skills, ideas or ways of working to improve the end result.
Deliver Training for system use supporting several of our standard processes.
Provide end user support for our label printers including user assignment and basic technical fixing.
