SAP Team Lead – In-House Role | Manufacturing Sector | Löhne (On-Site Required)
Are you ready to take full ownership of SAP strategy, people leadership, and innovation in a modern production environment? One of Germany’s most well-established premium manufacturers—renowned for their craftsmanship and industry-leading production processes—is searching for an SAP Team Lead to join their internal IT organization.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Löhne, where you’ll be leading both internal resources and external service providers to drive forward SAP logistics projects in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
Take full technical and organizational leadership of the internal SAP team
Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of SAP-related projects across logistics and supply chain (MM, SD, PP)
Coordinate and manage third-party consultants, developers, and hosting providers
Conduct needs assessments and drive optimization initiatives in collaboration with key users from operations, production, and procurement
Act as the go-to SAP contact across departments, ensuring system alignment with business goals
Ensure smooth collaboration with external partners, managing service contracts and vendor performance
Drive the S/4HANA roadmap and introduce improvements via SAP Solution Manager (Focus Build experience a plus)
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
Proven experience in leading internal SAP teams, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Deep knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and/or PP; experience with S/4HANA projects is highly desirable
Skilled in SAP project management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination
Comfortable navigating between strategic decisions and hands-on technical details
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to work primarily on-site in Löhne (commutable from Bünde, Herford, Bad Oeynhausen, etc.)
