SAP S4 HANA training developer
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Training Developer with expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, Ariba, and SAP Enable Now. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training materials to support the client’s S/4HANA transformation project. This is a fully remote role supporting an East Coast USA-based client.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Content Development:
Develop interactive and engaging training materials using SAP Enable Now for S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Ariba processes.
Create user manuals, simulations, job aids, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides.
Ensure training content aligns with the client’s business processes and S/4HANA system configuration.
Needs Analysis & Design:
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders and project teams.
Develop a structured training plan that addresses the specific needs of end-users and key users.
Tailor training materials to various user roles across procurement, finance, and supplier management teams.
Delivery & Support:
Facilitate virtual training sessions to guide end-users and key users through new processes and system functionalities.
Provide ongoing support to users during and after the training period, ensuring adoption and proficiency.
Gather feedback from training sessions to refine materials and delivery methods.
Collaboration & Alignment:
Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand system configurations and business requirements.
Ensure training aligns with project timelines and go-live readiness.
Support testing teams by creating training scenarios and scripts that align with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
5+ years of experience in SAP training development, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and SAP Ariba.
Proficiency in using SAP Enable Now to create training materials.
Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionality related to procurement, supplier collaboration, and accounts payable.
Training Development Skills:
Proven experience designing and delivering training for large-scale SAP implementations.
Expertise in creating diverse training formats, including e-learning, simulations, and instructor-led training.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring training materials are accurate and user-friendly.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for virtual training sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
Certification in SAP Enable Now or equivalent training development tools.
Experience working with East Coast USA clients or familiarity with regional business practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
