Scrum Master

My client who is in the Government sector, is looking for Scrum Masters who are Dutch speaking and can come on site to Groningen a few times a week. This is an initial 12 month contract and extensions are likely. 
 

Job requirements

• PSM 1 or equivalent;
• Has experienced what it takes and what it feels like to work in a high performing DevOps team. Has a clear vision on DevOps and can talk about it in an inspiring way;
• Minimum HBO working and thinking level (3 years);
• Experience with significantly improving the Agile or Scrum working method in a software development team (2 years);
• Experience with significantly improving the cooperation between team members and sub-teams, which has resulted in higher team maturity (2 yrs);
• Experience as scrum master of a devops team where the team is unburdened, so that it can focus on the primary assignment and also has solid knowledge and experience in the field of CI (2 years).

Nice to have

• Certificate PSM II is an advantage;
• SAFe Agilist or another SAFe training;
• Knowledge and insight into team building, team dynamics and the growth path in this;
• Experience in coaching individuals and teams;
• Experience in creating collaboration and self-organization within teams;
• The candidate must be willing to work at the office in Groningen, possibly full-time.

Stands above the material both in the field of software engineering and Agile principles. Good at analysing, planning and organizing. Coaching team and scrum master(s). Creativity, motivating, team building, working together. Customer-oriented, organizational sensitivity, advising, persuasiveness
