scrum master/agile coach

Hi,
For our client, in the Banking sector, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Scrum master on a long-term contract. As Scrum Master, You will be responsible for supporting several self-organizing teams, facilitating the scrum process using agile/scrum methodology, managing the exchange of information, help removing impediments to progress and assessing and coaching the scrum team to improve on efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Continuously improve the agile way of working 
  • Give constructive feedback to the teams so people are able to develop themselves.
  • Being the contact for the team regarding all Agile questions, maintaining scrum tools and find the best way to combine daily operation and change.

Knowledge and required experience
  • Scrum Master certification (preference is PSM II; PSM I with additional experience is required)
  • Minimal 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role 
  • Solid skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Good communication skills and Dutch & English writing and speaking   
  • Experience with networking and security in enterprise network infrastructure environments is a preference

This job will be onsite 2 days a month in Utrecht.
