Job Title: Security Behavioural Analyst
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Type: Contract - 24-32 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a Security Awareness Expert to enhance security culture and awareness across a global organization. In this role, you will work closely with a behaviour scientist to strengthen security awareness programs, ensuring employees develop strong security habits to protect confidential information.

You will play a key role in the Security Culture Program, supporting tens of thousands of employees worldwide by analysing behaviour, running phishing simulations, and creating insightful reports to drive security improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute phishing simulations to assess employee awareness.
• Conduct behavioural surveys as part of security culture assessments.
• Analyse survey results and combine them with other data for deeper insights.
• Design dashboards to track security awareness trends.
• Generate detailed analytical reports with actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in behavioural science, psychology, or cultural analysis. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience designing dashboards and reports for insights and decision-making.
• Ability to work in a corporate environment and engage with internal communities.
