NV are looking for a Senior Business analyst / Application manager for a 12+ months contract
Candidates must be fluent english and French speaking

Job purpose:
Manage Business Requirements on any type of project (Waterfall or Agile), mainly enhancements and monitor activities (mainly integration incidents) for the business applications in his (her) scope (Manufacturing, HR, Finance, Real Estate and facilities).

Scope:
Business requirements including:

• Understand needs of the business and impacts.
• Analyze and document business procedures.
• Detail specification of business needs and impacts on systems;
• Advise and recommend solutions to improve the business work processes and procedures ;

Application management Production support including:

• Monitoring service offer by the application (performance, interfaces …) ;
• Root cause analysis with both business and IT stakeholders
• Incidents management by working closely with internal and vendor stakeholders ;
• Changes/enhancements to match company strategy and business needs ;
