About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned backend engineer to help shape the long-term vision of a platform that powers enterprise-scale integrations. This team builds the core services and infrastructure that enable secure, reliable, and scalable integrations with large external systems. You’ll play a key role in setting architectural direction, solving performance challenges, and improving the developer experience through better tooling and frameworks.

What You’ll Do

• Build new services that improve the safety, reliability, and accuracy of mission-critical systems.

• Reimagine and improve existing approaches to large-scale integrations and access control.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features from concept to launch.

• Design MVPs with strong technical foundations, then iterate based on customer and product feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–13 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend track record at scale.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Experience building and supporting APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP, GraphQL).

• Hands-on development experience with TypeScript or Kotlin in production systems.

• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts such as message queues, sharding, autoscaling, and access patterns.

• Strong technical instincts, with a focus on software patterns, scalability, and maintainability.

• A product-focused mindset—able to balance technical rigor with delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.
