Role Overview
As part of a highly skilled consulting team, you will advise client leadership on strategy, methodology, and transformation initiatives, focusing on:

• Product Development: Innovation, systems engineering, modularity, design-to-cost

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Digital strategy and implementation

• Engineering Performance: Configuration management, lean/agile development

• Industrial Operations: Design for manufacturing, production planning, supply chain

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, target processes, and implementation roadmaps

• Analyze operational processes and data

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Deliver change management and training (e.g., agile methodology)

• Advise clients on sustainable performance improvement and transformation

Candidate Profile

• University degree, ideally with a technical or engineering focus

• Interest in project management, PLM, IT, process optimization

• Agile mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Initial experience in industry or consulting preferred

• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
