Location: Belgium - Flexibility for Remote Work,
Travel: Hybrid 30% onsite
Language: English/Dutch both languages are mandatory
Company Overview: Next Ventures is looking for Power Platform consultant to work within an innovative company operating in Microsoft dynamics and data management, and this team has a primary focus on Power Platform solutions.
Role Overview: The Senior Power Platform Developer/Consultant will play a pivotal role in our team, leading projects, engaging directly with clients, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Power Platform technologies, business applications, and data management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Power Platform projects, from initial client discussions to solution delivery.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Develop custom applications and solutions based on client conversations and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Power Platform development and consulting.
- Expertise in business applications, data management, and solution architecture.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements and develop solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
