Senior UX/UI Designer 

In a nutshell

As Senior UX/UI Designer, you will create innovative product- and service-experiences across a broad range of industries. Together with our interdisciplinary teams, you will bring to life the magic and beauty of digital technologies.

With substantial project experience under the belt, there are few topics or situations that you haven't dealt with before.

In your designer role, you are at the height of your craft, and able to build all that you dare imagine. As project lead, you are expert at setting up and managing challenging interdisciplinary projects and clients with zeal, originality and resourcefulness.

With your mature personality you come across as considered, balanced and emotionally robust, making you an inspiring adviser in professional and personal matters.

Your tasks

• design, plan, articulate and lead complex interdisciplinary client-projects and teams.
• conduct desktop- and qualitative-research, and identify intriguing insights.
• create compelling design-stories and design/brand-strategy frameworks
• conduct exploration workshops with colleagues and clients.
• explore and generate innovative ideas, and turn them into people-minded concepts.
• participate in design-crits to improve your craft and thinking skills
• design products and experiences using CC, Figma, Protopie and other visual- and interaction-design tools.
• build narratives and presentations that wow clients.

Your expertise

• 5+ years of industry work experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in an international design-agency or prominent in-house design setting
• natural presence, healthy ambition and high emotional intelligence. people leadership experience is a plus.
• convincing critical thinking, outstanding creativity and excellent presentation skills
• proven ability to design, plan, articulate and lead complex interdisciplinary projects with method and minimal supervision. Experience in working in agile setups.
• keen sense for details and outstanding UX/UI craft mastery, using CC, Figma or Sketch, Protopie or other visual- and interaction-design tools. Physical prototyping, 3D or front-end development skills are a big plus. Advanced Powerpoint skills expected.
• vast knowledge of app-, mini-program and H5 trends, as well as general consumer technology trends.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Chinese skills will be a definitive plus.
