Service Manager  - 12 months contract - Hybrid - MUST BE EU BASED - Contract - ITIL (V3 or V4);
Next Ventures seeks an experienced IT Service Manager for its project based in Germany.  This is a long term contract and a Hybrid role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Service scope definition and maturity assessment;
• Act as single point of contact for the scoped service;
• Requirements collection and monitoring;
• Stakeholder identification and management;
• Activity/task/change  definition,  prioritisation,  allocation,  and monitoring;
• Resource estimation, service staffing and resource management;
• Enhancement/correction development, planning and monitoring;
• Risk identification, assessment and management;
• Budget and resource estimation and monitoring;
• Direct and staff to achieve service quality targets (e.g. SLA);
• Provide service documentation & reporting, e.g. operational practice and technical architecture document;
• Facilitate and coordinate service operation and change management into IT governance meetings, including managing escalations.
 
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a role as an IT service manager;
• Certified in at least two of the following ITIL V4 practices: Service Validation and Testing, Service Level Management, Service Design, Service Configuration Management, Service Continuity Management.
 
 
• Demonstrated  knowledge  and  use  of  service  management techniques and reporting;
• Professional experience in operating within an integrated team of service managers.
