Job Title: ServiceNow AI (Now Assist) Architect – Contract
Location: Hybrid (Projects in Belgium & Luxembourg)
Languages: English required; Dutch or French a plus
Start Date: September 2025
Duration: 6 Months plus extension

We’re looking for experienced ServiceNow AI (Now Assist) Architects with hands-on project delivery expertise. You’ll design, lead, and implement AI solutions within ServiceNow, working directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow AI (Now Assist) in real project environments

• Strong solution design and architecture background

• Confident communicator with stakeholders; able to lead workshops and translate requirements

• Not module-specific – broad ServiceNow AI expertise required

• English essential; Dutch or French helpful depending on project
