ServiceNow Consultant/Developer - 3 months+ - Europe
For a multi-national ServiceNow Partner we are looking for several ServiceNow Consultants/Developers to design, configure, and enhance digital workflows across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and ServiceNow AI features.
You are able to work anywhere in Europe, but preferably Spain, France, Bulgaria.
English language ok, with local language a bonus
The Role
Design and develop solutions in HRSD, CSM, or AI/ML-enabled ServiceNow apps (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
Customize forms, flows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Translate business requirements into technical specs and user stories.
Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and project managers in Agile delivery.
Maintain platform integrity through scalable, secure configurations and code.
Provide input on roadmap planning, upgrades, and new features.
Your Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Excellent customer facing and stakeholder management skills, focus on your consultative approach to customers
Strong experience with at least one: HRSD, CSM, ServiceNow AI
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery (e.g., Jira, sprint planning).
Nice to have: ServiceNow CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist
