ServiceNow ITOM Expert - Paris - 3 months+

📍 Paris, France (Onsite 3 days/week)

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Discovery and CMDB to support a major enterprise client in Paris. 

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Discovery within ServiceNow
• Manage and troubleshoot MID Servers, credentials, and patterns
• Improve CMDB structure, data quality, and reconciliation (IRE)
• Align CMDB with CSDM best practices
• Support cloud and infrastructure discovery (Azure/AWS/on-prem)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and ITSM teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (Discovery & CMDB)
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Fluent French (mandatory)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
