I’m currently working on a senior-level ServiceNow contract opportunity focused heavily on Performance Analytics, data engineering, and product adoption reporting.

This is a 5-month fully remote contract (US-based, working PST hours) with strong potential for extension.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading ServiceNow Performance / Platform Analytics implementation

• Designing and tracking product adoption KPIs

• Building executive dashboards and data visualisations

• Creating and managing data imports/exports, batch jobs, and scripted data retrieval

• Performing root cause analysis and delivering insight-driven reporting

• Working closely with platform, product, and engineering stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience

• Strong experience implementing Performance Analytics

• Proven background in scripting, data jobs, and dashboard development

• Advanced data visualisation skills (ServiceNow + Power BI + Excel)

• ServiceNow certifications required (CSA, CAD, plus Performance Analytics related certs preferred)

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
