ServiceNow Technical Lead - Dutch/English - Netherlands
For a customer in the governmental sector we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead for a 6 month extendable contract, which can be done 100% remote.
You will need to be an EU citizen and fluent in Dutch and English, French is an advantage.
Your Experience
Over 5 years experience with ServiceNow ITSM/Portal and Integrations
Experience leading a team from a technical standpoint, strong development skills
Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members
The Role
Hands-on technical delivery of the ServiceNow solutions, from design and development through to testing and implementation.
Preparing and running functional design workshops, creating design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
Customer engagement to address the technical solution, including challenging and validating customer requirements.
Providing creative solutions to resolve business problems, technology issues, process and people challenges.
Working with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support, validate and help deliver client presentations, workshops, proof or concept designs and responses to technical and business enquiries.
Support the development and growth of the services delivered by ServiceNow practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Mentoring and coaching others, as well as sharing best practices and knowledge.
