Role: ServiceNow TMT Architect (TNI, CMDB & SOMT)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, optimisation, and governance of telecom and network data models within ServiceNow TNI and Sales Order Management platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain TNI data models for physical, logical, and service-level network components

• Configure Resource Models, Service Models, hierarchies, and workflows to support fulfilment, assurance, and automation

• Build and manage ETL pipelines, integrations, APIs, and data ingestion with Discovery, OSS/BSS, and vendor platforms

• Implement Playbooks, Flow Designer workflows, and automation rules for inventory lifecycle and service fulfilment

• Ensure data quality, lifecycle management, and governance aligned with TM Forum standards

• Collaborate with network engineering, planning, operations, and service design teams

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years in technical architecture

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow TNI and telecom inventory modelling

• Strong understanding of telecom networks (IP/MPLS, Ethernet, Optical/DWDM, RAN 4G/5G, FTTx, cloud networking)

• Experience with ServiceNow SOMT, ITSM, FSM, and CSM solutions

• Skilled in data modelling, schema design, and workflow automation

• Strong integration, API, and ETL experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

This role is ideal for candidates who combine deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow TNI with telecom domain expertise, strong architectural vision, and hands-on implementation experience.
