SuccessFactors /HCM Project Manager with WFM exp.
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing professional services projects across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery, including financial management, resource planning, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in professional services, Human Capital Management (HCM), and SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong ability to manage diverse, cross-country teams and senior client stakeholders. Attention to detail, financial discipline, and strong relationship-building skills are critical to success in this role.
Remote working role
Must be European or UK passport holder.
Be Flexible for travel to client sites in Europe when needed for workshop , customer meetings
12 months contract + extension.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Delivery
- Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project and program teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in line with defined project management methodologies.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Oversee capacity planning and team utilization across multiple projects.
- Balance delivery requirements with financial and resource constraints.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly on HR Transformation initiatives powered by SuccessFactors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams across multiple countries.
- Participate in and contribute to steering committees at senior leadership level.
Governance & Risk Management
- Drive completion of all project deliverables, including project plans, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU).
- Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and reporting standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Coordinate and motivate geographically dispersed teams across EMEA.
- Provide guidance, oversight, and support to consultants and project team members.
- Promote a collaborative, results-driven delivery culture.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 8+ years of international, customer-facing consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- 5+ years of project management experience within a professional services environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing professional services teams, including responsibility for utilization, capacity planning, and project financials.
- 4+ years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects, specifically Payroll and Time Management.
- Proven experience delivering large, complex, multi-country projects across EMEA.
- Experience participating in senior-level steering committees within large organizations.
- Experience selling professional services and contributing to revenue growth.

- Exposure to Workforce Scheduling / Workforce Management implementations (e.g., WFM, UKG, Kronos).
- Project Management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
