SuccessFactors Trainer – Freelance Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to support the delivery of end-user training as part of a SuccessFactors implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging SuccessFactors training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and supporting documentation.
• Deliver virtual and classroom-based training across one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Support user adoption and change management activities.
• Provide post-go-live training and knowledge transfer where required.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering training on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Onboarding).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating training documentation and e-learning content is desirable.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
