Support Engineer – Linux

We are currently looking for multiple Support Engineers to join a key customer in Oslo, Norway. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a mission-critical environment, supporting system stability and operational excellence.

 

Location: Oslo (1–2 days onsite per week – hybrid setup, flexibility possible)

Start Date: 15th August 2025

Contract: 6-month rolling (with long-term extension potential)

Clearance: Must be a Norwegian Citizen and eligible for security clearance

 

Key Competencies:

  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call support environment
  • Proven experience in Linux administration and operations
  • Ability to perform OS patching, server reboots, disk management, and daily housekeeping tasks
  • Proficient in scripting using Python and Unix Shell for automation
  • Linux
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
  • Strong coordination skills with multiple internal teams
