Systems Accountant (Oracle cloud ERP)

I am looking for a Finance Systems Accountant to take a lead on the day-to-day support and administration of my clients ERP System, Oracle Cloud Financials. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of Financials, including updating securities and minor configuration changes
  • Support Finance users with any queries or issues 
  • Drive best practice within the Finance team, delivering training on Oracle cloud functionality when necessary
  • Ensure Business Processes are maintained and working correctly
  • Liaise with 3rd party support partner (AMS Partner) and escalate any unresolved technical issues
  • Take a lead on the bi-annual releases, implementing new functionality and communicating any changes to Finance team

 

Qualifications

  • Essential: Background in a Finance role, preferably at least Part Qualified Accountant
  • Essential: At least 18 months experience working with Oracle cloud Financials in a support capacity
  • Essential: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a Financial Services firm preferred
  • Ability to travel to the office (London or Madrid) 60% of your time
