Responsibilities
Craft and refine messaging and positioning based on deep customer and market insights to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market strategy and execute product launches.
Develop post-launch campaigns that drive feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
Build sales enablement tools including messaging frameworks, training resources, and collateral to increase win rates and sales velocity.
Lead competitive intelligence and market research efforts to support product differentiation and strategic planning.
Drive content creation and marketing programs in collaboration with agency partners.
Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives through segmentation strategies and personalized content.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (experience in home services or contractor-focused industries is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft simple, compelling stories.
Proven success working in remote-first organizations and building relationships across distributed teams.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
Demonstrated ability to lead competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional project execution.
Expertise in customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
