Technical Product Marketing Manager

A fast-growing, innovative SaaS company is seeking an experienced B2B product marketer to help drive growth across its core platforms, including CRM and sales enablement tools. This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you’ll help define positioning, lead product launches, and develop programs that drive customer adoption and engagement.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success, translating customer and market insights into compelling messaging and high-impact campaigns. Responsibilities
  • Craft and refine messaging and positioning based on deep customer and market insights to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market strategy and execute product launches.
  • Develop post-launch campaigns that drive feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build sales enablement tools including messaging frameworks, training resources, and collateral to increase win rates and sales velocity.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market research efforts to support product differentiation and strategic planning.
  • Drive content creation and marketing programs in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives through segmentation strategies and personalized content.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (experience in home services or contractor-focused industries is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft simple, compelling stories.
  • Proven success working in remote-first organizations and building relationships across distributed teams.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
