We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Coordinating Architect to lead IT infrastructure projects in a highly structured environment. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple sites.

Location: Kalundborg, Denmark (Onsite 2-3 days per week) Will flex in time

Languages Required: Fluent in English and Danish

Initial contract until the end of the year. Will Extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
• Develop project roadmaps, oversee timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Manage technical aspects of the project, working closely with specialists and vendors
• Track and manage equipment deliveries, service agreements, and implementation plans
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while ensuring seamless project delivery
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading IT infrastructure projects
• Strong background in IT architecture and project management
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not essential
