Telecom Security Architect 6G Project! 

The Team:

The MN RAN Business Group leads in wireless mobility networks with a strong 5G portfolio and pioneering open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and Cloud RAN). Your future teams develop 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions. The RAN Architecture & Specification unit defines leading-edge multipurpose software and hardware solutions for different RAT configurations.

Role:

We are seeking an engineer to join our team and work on system architecture and specification, focusing on end-to-end security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define next-generation BTS product structure (France 2030 program).

• Define security architecture for Radio Access Network (Cloud RAN, SRAN).

• Drive feasibility studies on security solutions for multi-RAT (4G/5G/6G) RAN and Base Stations in a virtualized environment (Cloud).

• Contribute to security requirements for multi-RAT RAN Elements.

• Lead technical discussions with Cloud RAN / SRAN customers.

• Identify future security domain evolutions.

You will collaborate with global RAN Architecture and Specification teams, R&D/software development, Product Management, and customer teams.

Skills and Experience

• MSc or BSc in telecommunication, engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecommunication networks product/system engineering, development, system test, or network engineering.

• Knowledge of mobile networks security threats, protocols (IPSec, MACSec, SSH, SFTP, HTTPS), PKI infrastructures, access control techniques, and IP protocols (IPv4/IPv6).
