Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (essential) and English.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Automation Test Manager, with expertise in automation testing tools and methodologies.
• Consultancy Skills: Strong consulting background, with a focus on client engagement and the ability to tailor solutions.
• Leadership Abilities: Track record of successfully mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in key automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.), scripting languages, and testing frameworks.
