Test Manager (m/f/d) – Software & Hardware

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role where you oversee and coordinate testing for software and hardware systems?

As a Test Manager, you will oversee and streamline the testing process for both software and hardware. From managing manual testing efforts to ensuring all systems function seamlessly before deployment, your work will be critical to our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing Oversight: Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for both software and hardware, ensuring all updates and deployments are thoroughly validated.
• Manual Testing Coordination: Oversee manual testing processes, ensuring rigorous testing protocols for software and hardware compatibility.
• Hardware Validation: Test in-house hardware (e.g., laptops) to verify compatibility and reliability with software systems before rollouts and updates.
• Tool Expertise: Utilize tools like Ranorex and Zephyr Scale, adapting strategies to accommodate evolving systems.
• Team Management: Coordinate a team of three external testers, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective task execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently communicate with senior management, providing updates on testing progress and recommendations.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A strong foundation in testing, with at least 1 year of experience in test management, ideally covering both software and hardware systems.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools like Ranorex and Zephyr Scale.
• Team Coordination: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with external testers while delivering results.
• Communication Skills: Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and clearly presenting testing outcomes and insights.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to identifying issues and ensuring thorough testing processes.
• C1+ German Speaking - Fluent English
