One of my key clients, a leading consulting business, are currently looking for a Transition Manager.

This role is a freelance position, with an initial contract length of 1 year - this is also expected to have multiple extensions.

You will need to be fluent German speaking, and happy to travel when needed - 10-15% of the role with be onsite, with 85-90% fully remote.

You will need a minimum of 8 years in similar roles, within consulting businesses.
 

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project management and process integration.
• Integrating services into the best practices of future service providers.
• Planning and tracking Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.
• Mobilize IT services to the regional/global delivery centre
• Validating results through structured workshops with IT personnel.
• Conducting transition assessments using tailored questionnaires.
