UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions Expert

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions Expert.

Start date : December / January
End date : December 2024

Duration : 1 year with possibility to extension
Rate : Flexible

Core Responsibilities

Design the Business Blueprint
Organize workshops with the client to finalise the design
Configure the SAP system conforming the agreed Business blueprint
Unit test and document the configuration
Guide the client with the User Acceptance test phase
Organize and document the Parallel test phase
Execute the Cutover plan together with the data migration people
Give the hyper care support after go live

Location: Remote - Client has site in Hollanxd that will require 2 onsite visits . Local Language would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

 Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the implementation of UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
Configure and customize the system to optimize workforce management processes.

System Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kronos Workforce Dimensions with other HR and business systems.
Ensure data integrity and seamless information flow between Kronos and other applications.

Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users and administrators on the functionality and features of Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Kronos-related inquiries.

Optimization and Upgrades:
Stay abreast of the latest updates and releases from UKG Kronos and implement upgrades as needed.
Identify opportunities for system optimization to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain customized reports using Kronos reporting tools.
Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making processes related to workforce management.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure that the use of Kronos Workforce Dimensions aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Stay informed about changes in labour laws and regulations that may impact workforce management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
In-depth knowledge of workforce management processes and best practices.
Strong technical skills in configuring and customizing Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Kronos Workforce Dimensions certification.
Experience with integration between Kronos and other HR or ERP systems.
Knowledge of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor analytics.
Familiarity with cloud-based workforce management solutions.
