Role Overview:
We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in crafting beautiful, functional, and user-centric interfaces that enhance the user experience of our platform. This is a hands-on position where you'll have a direct impact on shaping the product that defines the future of contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend engineers, to implement intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX solutions.
• Translate user requirements and design prototypes into high-quality code.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and features.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX engineering or front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of modern HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Proven ability to create pixel-perfect, accessible, and scalable user interfaces.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a startup environment or with SaaS products.
• Familiarity with contract management or legal tech platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
