Job description Provide support to employee’s requests related to front-end systems such as desktops, laptops, fixed and mobile phones and applications. Act as direct contact to our global IT teamswhich are responsible for requests relating to back-end systems, such as servers and networking.
Skills Experience with Desktop deployments and rollouts, upgrading to latest Windows clients, SCCM & Intune; Experience in Office 365 environments: OneDrive, Teams etc.; Solid knowledge of Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 10, MS Office etc.); Good knowledge of mobile solution and devices (Android, iPhone, etc.); Basic knowledge of networking (switches / patches / IP / Subnets); Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
