Job Description:

A leading UK financial services group is seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Analyst. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a technical lead in Workday HCM and Reporting, as well as a background in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead for Workday HCM and Reporting initiatives.
• Maintain, support, and configure the Just HRIS system, Workday.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their data and reporting needs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all Workday modules.
• Support integration efforts with other systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical lead in Workday HCM and Reporting.
• Previous experience in a data analytics role.
• Workday Pro Certification.
• Certification or qualification in Data and Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data security, reporting, and integration.

Location Requirements:

• Based in London or Reigate, with a preference for candidates who can work in the London office 2-3 days per week.
