Requirements Description:
Lead the strategic direction of Workday HCM and Financials systems in alignment with business goals
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
Drive the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules, particularly Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Financial Accounting, and Procurement
Own the Workday roadmap and release management — evaluating new features and leading deployment
Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, enhancements, and system maintenance
Manage third-party vendors or consultants as needed for implementations or upgrades
Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security controls within the system
Lead and mentor internal stakeholders on Workday best practices and user adoption
Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience
Essential Skills/Experience
7+ years of Workday experience, with deep knowledge of both HCM and Financials
Proven leadership in Workday strategy, governance, and delivery
Solid foundation in finance/accounting — you speak the language of the CFO
