Summary Description: Next Ventures is working with a full-suite Workday user based in Kansas. Our client is nationally recognized, having been a leader in their space for over two decades.
They are expanding their Workday team with a Workday Financials Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team which offer autonomy and the chance to own the Workday Financials platform. 

Role Type: Permanent 

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Location: Kansas, USA

Requirements Description: 

• 3+ years' experience with Workday Financials, with specific experience in the Foundation Data Model (FDM)
• Strong report writing experience (matrix/composite/advanced)
• Strong business partnering and communication skills

Tasks Description: 

• Own and manage the Workday Financials tool, including configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of various modules
• Research and provide recommendations on best practice
• Oversee the Foundation Data Model (FDM), ensuring that the financial structure is properly aligned with the company’s operational requirements
• Partner with finance teams to design, develop, and enhance financial reporting solutions within Workday, leveraging custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
